MARCH-PSS is a group of volunteers who provide psychosocial and emotional well-being through community-based counseling via online and mobile platforms.

Vision

A community where mental wellness is given utmost importance and underpins the overall well-being and health of all individuals. 

Objectives

  1. To provide psychosocial/ psychological support emotionally and mentally distressed individuals.

  2. To prioritize the psychological and emotional wellbeing of struggling individuals.

  3. To recognize and refer clients access to further assistance when needed.

  4. To promote local and national awareness primarily on self care as a means towards a fit between the mind, body, and environment.

Mission

  1. To educate and provide psychosocial support services to individuals experiencing  challenges during difficult time.

  2. To advocate for the inclusion of mental health/ psychosocial support programs into the local communities.

  3. To determine causes of stress and its impact to the daily lives of individuals.

  4. To provide a safe place to share concerns and find support.

  5. To help people achieve healthy mind and good mental wellbeing.

  6. To affirm that those who need further mental health care and referrals will have access to the appropriate information and know how to obtain care.

  7. To provide guidance on ways for positively coping with daily challenge 

  8. To improve the community's understanding on mental health and healthy wellbeing.

How it Works

We offer:

Individual Session

One-on-one with counselor.

Each session is 1 hour long. 

Group Session

One or two counselors will be available.

Group can consist a maximum of 8 clients. Each group session is 2 hours long.
